Man arrested at Youngstown home where triple homicide took place

Police said he disobeyed orders and went into the houseĀ at Gibson and Pasadena

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) - Police have arrested a man at a home in Youngstown where three were shot dead Wednesday night.

Shortly after noon on Thursday, officers said Spencer Brown crossed police lines and went into a house at Gibson Street and E. Pasadena Avenue.

He was not allowed to be there and disobeyed officers' orders, so they took him into custody.

They said he is not being charged with the homicides and probably has nothing to do with the shooting. Brown told officers he lives at the residence and was only there to pick up some belongings.

Officers said he did have a gun and drugs on him.

He was charged with having weapons under disability, improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle, possession of cocaine and possession of heroin.

A man, woman and infant were shot in a car Wednesday. The man died on the scene and the woman and baby died later at the hospital.

If you know anything about the homicides, you're asked to call Crimestoppers Youngstown at 330-746-CLUE (2583).
