A pair from the Mahoning Valley are being indicted for federal child pornography charges.
Candis Wynn, 32, of Liberty, and Daniel Parker, 32, of Austintown, were charged with sexual exploitation of a minor, receipt and distribution of child pornography and possessing child pornography, officials say.
According to the indictment, the pair are charged with coercing a minor to take part in explicit conduct between November 30 and January 8.
The indictment also stated that Wynn had child pornography on two cell phones in January.
