Mahoning County indictments: May 23, 2019

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – A Mahoning County grand jury indicted the following cases on Thursday:

Jonathan Trent, Sr.: Endangering children

Tommie Trent: Endangering children

Jawwaad Pusey: Aggravated robbery with firearm specifications, robbery, disorderly conduct and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia

Jerry Lough: Identity fraud

Kristi McGarry: Possession of heroin

Kevin A. Silver: Aggravated burglary, felonious assault, failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer, obstructing official business and vandalism

Steven L. Monday: Aggravated trespass and two counts of assault

Damon Jefferson: Improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle and possession of cocaine

James H. Edmonds: Two counts of having weapons while under disability and one count each of possession of drugs with the specification for forfeiture of money in a drug case and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia

Roger Anderson: Possession of cocaine

Shawn R. Unger: Two counts of rape and three counts of gross sexual imposition with sexually-violent predator specifications

Alexandria B. Overholser: Endangering children

Taariq Smith and Marqueesha L. Irby: Illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto the grounds of a specified governmental facility

Michael A. Faiola, Jr.: Theft

David K. Yukon: Two counts of promoting prostitution

Markiese Smith: Harassment with a bodily substance

Charles Fair: Failure to verify address

Jerry Lamar London: Failure to provide a change of address

Joshua Moxley: Unlawful sexual conduct with a minor and sexual imposition

An indictment is only a charge and is not evidence of guilt. All cases will be heard in Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas.
