Mahoning County indictments: March 28, 2019

A Mahoning County grand jury indicted the following cases on Thursday:

Keontae Thomas: Having weapons while under disability and improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle

Gerald R. Baytos: Domestic violence

Gayla Jackson: Unauthorized use of a vehicle

Michael Hill: Trafficking in cocaine, possession of cocaine and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia with specifications for forfeiture of money in a drug case

James Bethea: Having weapons while under disability, carrying concealed weapons, improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle and possession of marijuana

Kaleisha White and Maurice Brooks: Aggravated possession of drugs

Eddie Smallwood aka Bunny Smallwood, Jason Smallwood and Shirley Brown: Two counts of receiving stolen property

Jacob Wiley: Failure to provide notice of change of address

Lisha Roberts: Receiving stolen property and misuse of credit cards

Anietra Frost: Two counts of improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle and one count of possession of drugs

Richard Garcia: Possession of cocaine and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia

Christopher J. Hill: Possession of cocaine, aggravated possession of drugs and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia

Jazmyne L. McDowell: Possession of cocaine

Roger L. Dewitt: Burglary and possessing criminal tools

Robert Richard Houser: Improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle and two counts of operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, a drug of abuse or a combination of them both 

An indictment is only a charge and is not evidence of guilt. All cases will be heard in Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas.
