YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – A Mahoning County grand jury indicted the following cases on Thursday:
George Gutierres: Involuntary manslaughter, attempted possession of cocaine, possessing criminal tools and aggravated murder with firearm specifications
Lavontae Ezhell Knight: Aggravated murder, murder, aggravated robbery with firearm specifications, attempted possession of cocaine and having weapons while under disability
Cheryl Lee Rose: Misuse of credit cards and receiving stolen property
Brian K. Schaffer: Tampering with evidence, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle and carrying concealed weapons
Christina L. Brayman: Tampering with evidence, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, carrying concealed weapons, falsification, two counts of aggravated menacing and two counts of ethnic intimidation
Shawn Graham: Possession of cocaine and possession of drugs
Frankie L. Betancourt: Possession of cocaine, possession of heroin with specifications for forfeiture of money in a drug case and operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, a drug of abuse or a combination of them
James Riley: Trafficking in a fentanyl-related compound and possession of a fentanyl-related compound with specifications for forfeiture of money in a drug case
Leslie T. Krauss, Jr.: Receiving stolen property
Robert A. Parker: Having weapons while under disability, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle and failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer
Erika Y. Leibowitz: Tampering with evidence and two counts of counterfeiting
Erik A. Leibowitz: Two counts of counterfeiting
Keon M. Chism: Improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle
Charles Whitfield: Trafficking in marijuana
Kayla M. Carr: Intimidation, two counts of assault and obstructing official business
Victor L. Peterman: Failure to verify address
Robert C. Iwaskey: 20 counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor
Tiffany D. Rodriguez: 21 counts of deception to obtain a dangerous drug and 21 counts of illegal processing of drug documents
An indictment is only a charge and is not evidence of guilt. All cases will be heard in Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas.
