YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – A Mahoning County grand jury indicted the following cases on Thursday:

Mark M. Greene and Clark Greene, Jr.: Aggravated robbery, failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer and grand theft

Antonie Lomax: Improperly handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle, aggravated possession of drugs and possession of drugs

Christopher Pope: Possession of a fentanyl-related compound and possessing drug abuse instruments

Brittany A. Satterfield: Possession of a fentanyl-related compound and petty theft

Isaiah Thompson: Receiving stolen property and unauthorized use of a vehicle

Shawn Hamlett: Possession of drugs, aggravated possession of drugs and possession of drugs with specifications for the forfeiture of money in a drug case

Christopher Gordon: Improperly handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle

Brandon Battle: Possession of drugs, obstructing official business and failure to stop after an accident

Keyvon Belcher: Having weapons while under disability, possession of cocaine and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia

Cornell Kennedy: Failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer and obstructing official business

Edward F. Barnes: Three counts of nonsupport of dependants

David Bebbs: Possession of cocaine

Ryan McLeary: Possession of hashish

Christian D. Little: Failure to verify address

An indictment is only a charge and is not evidence of guilt. All cases will be heard in Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas.
