A Mahoning County grand jury indicted the following cases on April 12, 2018: 

Samantha Barnes: Possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia

Lorenzo Carter: Felonious assault with repeat violent offender specifications and aggravated assault

Robert Varner: Having weapons while under disability and carrying concealed weapons

Timothy D. Banks: Possession of heroin, possession of drug abuse instruments and possession of drug paraphernalia

Johnny Eiland, Jr.: Possession of drugs

Trenton Rasean Nored: Possession of heroin

Edward Thomas and Corey P. Cochrane: Burglary with repeat violent offender specifications

Joseph M. Morris: Possession of cocaine

James Rea Coffin: Aggravated possession of drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia

Craig A. Alflen: Domestic violence

Colton Lee Butler, Jacob A. Carter and Tyler A. Graham: Aggravated robbery and felonious assault

David Johnson: Possession of cocaine, possession of counterfeit controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia with forfeiture specifications

Tequan Rushton: Having weapons while under disability, tampering with evidence, carrying concealed weapons, possession of drugs and obstructing official business

Michael Vasvari: Aggravated possession of drugs, possession of drugs, possession of drug abuse instruments and possession of drug paraphernalia

Claxton Lebron and Tony Olds: Improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle and having weapons while under disability

Jennifer Carleton: Telecommunications fraud

Derrick Slocum: Escape

Rickie S. Salus: Importuning and disseminating matter harmful to juveniles

Joseph E. Grove: Three counts of burglary

James Jennings, III: Three counts of endangering children and one count of domestic violence

An indictment is only a charge and is not evidence of guilt. All cases will be heard in Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas.
