LISBON, Ohio (WKBN) — Those trying to contact the Columbiana County Sheriff’s Office on Monday will be unable to at this time.
According to the department, the sheriff’s office phone lines are down. Those with emergencies are asked to dial 911.
It’s not known yet when the lines will be restored.
