LIBERTY TWP., Ohio (WKBN) – A Youngstown man is facing multiple charges after police say he ran over a woman’s foot during a child custody dispute.

Officers in Liberty were called to Advance Auto’s parking lot on Belmont Avenue last Tuesday. Police received a report that a man was dragging and assaulting a woman and possibly left with a child.

Police said an investigation revealed that 27-year-old Keilyn Black took his 4-month-old baby from the child’s mother. Police said he took the baby by force, and while taking the child, ran over the 21-year-old woman’s foot.

Black was stopped on Hadley Avenue and taken into custody on domestic violence, vehicular assault, criminal trespass and driving under suspension charges.
