The Leetonia Community Public Library is now an agency for people in Columbiana County to get a passport.
An application can be acquired at the library, but applicants must bring photo identification, proof of residency and a $110 check or money order made out to the Department of State.
People who are interested can apply whenever the library is open. They can also make an appointment.
