The lawsuit claims the city and Blue Line Solutions, the company that operates the speed cameras, wrongfully ticketed cars in a completed construction zone of Interstate 80 between December 7, 2017 and January 7, 2018.

It’s estimated up to 7,000 tickets were issued. Dann estimates that the city and Blue Line Solutions split $2 million that he says they weren’t owed.
