NEW CASTLE, Pa. (WKBN) — New Castle police confirmed one person was shot in New Castle on Sunday.

It’s on the 200 block of East Home Street.

There were several police cars and a section of the road was blocked by police tape.

Police could not confirm the condition of the victim.

The incident is under investigation.
