The Jewish Community Center (JCC) is teaming up with Mercy Health to provide free health screenings.
It’s all part of the JCC’s Neighborhood Health Watch program.
Blood pressure, total cholesterol and glucose will be checked and the results will be discussed.
The screenings begin Wednesday at 9 a.m. and run until 11 a.m. at the Jewish Community Center, 505 Gypsy Lane, Youngstown.
Previous registration was suggested, and there is limited space for walk-ins. Participants would have needed to fast for eight hours prior to the screenings.
Free adult vision screenings will be held Friday at the center.
The screenings are provided through the Area Agency on Aging.
A light lunch will be served.
The screenings run from noon until 1:30 p.m.
