Former Youngstown Mayor John McNally is allowed to practice law again.
In a court filing on Monday, the Ohio Supreme Court decided to reinstate his law license after a six-month suspension.
McNally’s license was suspended in September based on his criminal convictions in the Oakhill scandal.
In 2016, McNally pleaded guilty to four misdemeanors in connection to the purchase of Oakhill Renaissance Place.
The suspension was initially supposed to last one year but six months of that was stayed for good behavior.
