YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) — Big news for the First News Team following the Ohio Associated Press Media Editors awards.

Weekday evening anchor Lindsey Watson won first place in the division for Best Anchor.

6 p.m. producer Kristy Regula also won first place for Best Newscast in the division and Best Producer.

First News won first place in the Best Spot News Coverage and the Best Newscast categories.

Finally, WKBN.com won second place in the digital presence category.
