Event returning to Hubbard to promote local businesses

An annual event is returning to Hubbard in May to promote local businesses.

Shop Small Hubbard — Spring Fling will feature more than 40 businesses and vendors along Main and Liberty streets.

It will be held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, May 4. Some businesses will be open late into the evening.

The event was founded by several local business owners in 2016.

As of March 29, the following businesses are participating, although more are anticipated to join:
