East Liverpool police are crediting residents in the city for leading them to a drug operation.
Police say after receiving several complaints about suspicious activity going on at a house on Woodland Hills, they coordinated with the East Liverpool Municipal Court Probation Department to check on the welfare of a person who was known to be living at the house.
They found that person inside a vehicle and conducted a traffic stop, which led them to the house where they were granted permission to search it.
Inside, officers say they found drug paraphernalia, cash, and 31 grams of suspected crack cocaine.
Charges are pending laboratory results.
