EAST LIVERPOOL, Ohio (WKBN) – A house in East Liverpool has been condemned by city officials and police, who said they joined forces to protect the community from it.
On Wednesday, officials said they found six dogs and numerous cats inside the home. Angels for Animals came to pick up the cats and the warden took the dogs.
Officials said the house’s living conditions were uninhabitable, so everyone staying there was evicted.
One of the people living at the home was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, police said.
After the house was condemned, officials boarded it up and said the owner was only allowed back on the property to make repairs.
