LIBERTY TWP., Ohio (WKBN) – A resurfacing project has started on Tibbetts Wick Road.
The work is taking place between state Route 11 and U.S. 422.
The Trumbull County Engineer’s Office says traffic will be maintained, but drivers should expect delays.
It’s expected to be completed by next Friday.
