Wednesday morning, Valley Congressman Tim Ryan and Vice President Mike Pence met face-to-face on Capitol Hill to talk about GM Lordstown.
General Motors announced it’s stopping production of the Chevy Cruze in Lordstown come March.
Ryan and Pence talked about this week’s decision to stop Cruze production, as well as a number of GM models next year.
They also discussed what government leaders can do to convince GM executives to build another car in Lordstown.
The staffs of both the VP and the Congressman are expected to meet again Wednesday afternoon.
