NILES, Ohio (WKBN) – Police in Niles say a medical emergency may be to blame for a crash into a Burger King restaurant.
The vehicle went through the window of the Burger King along Youngstown-Warren Road.
First responders on the scene say the 39-year-old driver from Niles was not hurt, nor was anyone inside the restaurant at the time.
Robert Fry was about to begin a roof inspection on the building when he heard a loud bang.
“I thought, thought something fell through the ceiling,” Fry said. “It was really loud. Everyone jumped, and yeah, I looked over. The car was almost in the building.”
