Police said the driver was not there when officers arrived

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – Hundreds of people were left without power Tuesday morning in part of Youngstown after a crash on Albert Street.

A car hit two utility poles, closing the road from Phillips Chapel Church to Belle Avenue.

Police say the driver was not there when they arrived.

More than 450 customers were without power, but power has since been restored.
