The Valley will be celebrating St. Patrick’s Day early on Sunday at the 41st annual parade in Boardman.
The parade kicks off at 1 p.m., but attendees who want a good spot on Market Street are encouraged to get there early.
Over 25,000 people line up along the parade route every year. It takes hours for the parade, as bands, fire trucks, politicians and classic cars move by.
Maureen Collins, co-founder of Easy Street Productions, will serve as grand marshal.
In honor of GM Lordstown, union workers from UAW will be in the parade handing out posters to highlight the plant’s history.
