UNION Twp. (WKBN)- Wednesday is the start of the Western Pennsylvania Balloon Quest!

This will be at Scotland Meadows Park in Union Township.

It’s a tradition where 20 balloons take over the area. The amusement park rides open on Wednesday.

Thursday is the hot air balloon glow.
