BOARDMAN, Ohio (WKBN) – Another Valley business is facing a shortage of workers, forcing it to adjust its hours.

Mizu Japanese Restaurant in Boardman announced it will now be closed Sundays because it doesn’t have enough workers.

Other Valley businesses have adjusted hours or closed temporarily because of staffing issues.

Many blame the shortage of workers on extended unemployment benefits offered because of the pandemic.
