2 arrested in connection with Youngstown burglary where dog was stolen

Antwanisha Jones and Mark Moody are facing charges

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) - Two people have been arrested after a home was broken into and several items were taken, including a dog.

Antwanisha Jones is charged with receiving stolen property and Mark Moody was charged with burglary.

Moody is suspected of breaking into a home on Glenwood and stealing several items including an iPad, MacBook, diamond wedding ring and several other belongings. Among the items stolen was a French bulldog, that was later returned

The owner of the home said once he realized Chloe, the bulldog, was missing he began making signs and offering a reward. He said after searching for the dog, a woman called saying she found Chloe. 

The owner said he believes that the woman who called stating she found the dog was Jones. 

He said he was able to obtain footage of the burglary from a neighbor, showing the suspect leaving the home with a bag full of items and Chloe walking beside him. The owner also said in the footage, the man is wearing his clothes as he leaves the residence. 

Moody had a warrant out for his arrest and was arrested during an OVI checkpoint in Youngstown. 

Both Jones and Moody are set to be arraigned Monday at 1:30 p.m.
