A 19-year-old man from Hadley was charged with OVI in a crash that shut down a road for more than an hour on Saturday.
According to a police report, Jason McCann was driving west on County Line Road at about 7:15 p.m. when he went off the road into a ditch and hit a utility pole.
The pole snapped in half and fell across the road, blocking traffic.
Police said McCann appeared to be intoxicated and was taken to the Pennsylvania State Police barracks where a breath test was done. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.
Police say McCann was not injured in the crash.
