YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – Thanksgiving is Thursday, Nov. 23, and there are several organizations offering free meals to those in need.

2 p.m. — Hubbard St. Patrick Church will be serving Thanksgiving dinner to the church’s Food Pantry clients and others in need. The dinner will be in the church hall, located at 225 N. Main St., Hubbard, OH.

4 p.m. — Canfield Christian Church is hosting its Community Thanksgiving Service, featuring worship, music, prayer and snacks after the service. Operation Blessing will receive non-perishable food items and monetary offerings.Tuesday, Nov. 21:

8 a.m. — The New Castle Community YMCA is hosting its annual community Thanksgiving Praise Breakfast. The event, which is free and open to the public, includes a full complimentary breakfast provided by Medure’s Catering, as well as an inspirational message from Larry Jacobs. The New Castle YMCA is located at 20 W. Washington St., New Castle, PA.

3 to 7 p.m. — A free Thanksgiving dinner will be served to all Brookfield Township and Masury residents at the Brookfield Fire Hall, located at 774 Route 7. For meal deliveries to shut-ins and the elderly, or for transportation by van for residents who want to come to the Fire Hall, call 330-883-4122. The dinner is sponsored by the Brookfield Township Outreach Association.

6 p.m. — Immediately following service, Christ Centered Church will have a Thanksgiving dinner in Fellowship Hall, located at 3300 Hudson Ave., Youngstown, OH. The meal is sponsored by Food 4 Your Soul and will be served at 7 p.m.Wednesday, Nov. 22:

11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. — The Salvation Army will be serving turkey dinners at its Youngstown location, at 1501 Glenwood Ave.

Noon to 4 p.m. — The Warren Family Mission will have its free community Thanksgiving dinner at 155 Tod Ave. NW, Warren, OH.The Warren Family Mission is in need of donations. To donate food, drop all items off at the main outreach center before Nov. 22. Items can be donated from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday.Thursday, Nov. 23: 

11 a.m. to 1 p.m. — St. Vincent de Paul Society will serve a meal in the parking lot of 317 Via Mt. Carmel (near Our Lady of Mount Carmel), Youngstown, OH. Sticky Fingers Catering Service will be cooking turkeys in smokers.

Noon to 2 p.m.– Price Memorial AME Zion Church, located at 920 Dryden Ave. in Youngstown, will have a free Thanksgiving meal for anyone who would like to attend.

12:30 to 2:30 p.m. — Thanksgiving dinner at Bethel Friends Church, located at 2771 Spitler Rd., Poland, OH. Doors for the dinner open at noon.

Noon to 7 p.m. — Rescue Mission of the Mahoning Valley will host a dinner at 962 Martin Luther King Blvd., Youngstown, OH.
