My first and only thought is “what is best for the city”?

Top three priorities
1. Building the tax base for the city
2. With increasing the tax base of the city connecting this with increase employment for the people who reside in the city
3. Helping to develop a paradigm shift from how Farrell is viewed

Bachelor degree in Social Work from Ball State University, Muncie, Ind and a Masters degree from Golden Gate University, San Francisco, Ca and completed 12 hours of graduate classes at the University of Hawaii at Manoa – worked as a Social worker in Mercer County and the State of Hawaii, HR Manager for Johnson Control, Ft. Irwin, Ca – Senior Transitional Counselor for the Army CareerServices(ACS) – Conference Officer for Mercer County Domestic Relations, Family Advocate for Mercer County Head Start and presently own a home day care business
