Liberty crime activity: Police called for pedestrian hit, find drunken man, police say

Thursday, Nov. 22

3:22 a.m. - Corner of Hadley Avenue and Goldie Avenue. Police say they found bags of marijuana, a bag of brown powder, and a bag of white powder. Reginald Ware, 27, was charged with drug abuse and driving under suspension. 

Friday, Nov. 23

12:07 a.m. - The corner of Shannon Road and Ellenwood Drive. Officers say they were called to the area for a pedestrian hit by a vehicle. They say they found out after arriving the man, Quentin McKelvin, 51, wasn't hit. Officers say he was drunk and stumbling on the side of the road. He was cited with disorderly conduct.

Saturday, Nov. 24

8:45 p.m. - Police say they reported to Shaker's Bar for a fight between a man and woman. According to the report, the man told police the woman hit him in the face with a glass. The woman told police the man pushed her to the ground. 

Monday, Nov. 26

4:02 p.m. - Police say they went to a residence on Roosevelt Drive. They say they found a man with head injuries inside the home. There was also a pillow on fire.
