Friday, Dec. 21
8 a.m. - 4800 block of Fifth Ave., police were called for a man threatening to kill his sister and father. Officers say neither victim wanted to file charges.
3:23 p.m. - 1300 block of Churchill Hubbard Rd., officers received a report of telephone harassment. A woman told police a man slashed her tires at her workplace in Austintown and sent numerous texts.
9 p.m. - 1100 block of Academy Dr., police say they were called for reports of a stolen handgun, ammunition and laptop.
9:18 p.m. - Corner of Belmont Avenue, officers pulled over a car and I-80 for expired plates. They say the driver, Charles Jones, 26, was driving with a suspended license. They found several bags of marijuana. Jones was charged with drug abuse.
Sunday, Dec. 23
8:05 a.m. - 2200 block of Pinehurst Circle, officers were called to a home for a burglary. Daquan Owens, 19, and DaJauan Moore, 19, were charged with burglary.
11:39 a.m. - 4100 block of Logangate Rd., police were called after a man pushed a woman into a Christmas tree and then threw her into a wall. She told police he was there to pick up his 20-month-old daughter for visitation.
Monday, Dec. 24
3:57 p.m. - 3700 block of Logan Way, police say they were called for a missing snow blower.
4:27 p.m. - After a verbal argument in the Walmart parking lot, officers arrested one woman for a warrant. Brittany Robinson, 25, was charged.
Wednesday, Dec. 26
1:14 a.m. - Belmont Ave., officers were called to Denny's. Police were told by witnesses that a woman -- later identified as Tiauna Land -- said, "I have a f****** pistol," she also threatened others. Land also told officers she carries ecstasy inside of her so officers won't find it. She was charged with inducing panic, intimidation, resisting arrest, and disorderly conduct. She gave a man -- later identified as Marvin Daltorio, 39 -- the ecstasy. He was charged with tampering with evidence.
