9:39 p.m. – 100 block of Mock St., a woman reported that she was threatened by a man she met on the dating app, MeetMe. The woman said that the man, known only to her as Richard, made the threats after she told him that she didn’t want to talk to him due to language that he used on his profile. She said the suspect told her that he hoped she would get brutally gang-raped and that she would die a slow, painful death. Police said the man’s public profile said, “You’ll see me on the news soon and feeling like shootin’ up a school.” Police have a suspect that they believe made the threats and are investigating.
