6:31 p.m. – 400 block of W. Main St., Donald Miller, Jr., 56, arrested and charged with domestic violence.

Sunday, March 17

1:37 a.m. – N. Hillside Drive and E. Main Street, Alexander Csernyik, 28, charged with OVI. Police said Csernyik failed sobriety tests and his blood-alcohol content tested .192, over the legal limit of .08.

Monday, March 18

6:05 p.m. – 300 block of Carriage Ln., reported break-in at a condo.

Thursday, March 21

6:03 p.m. – 300 block of Fairground Blvd., Amber Windham, 29, of Mercer, Pa., charged with drug paraphernalia. Police said they smelled marijuana coming from the car Windham was riding in during a traffic stop. She admitted to smoking a joint in the car earlier, but denied having anything illegal on her, according to a police report. As officers were searching the car, they said she told them she did have a marijuana bowl in her bra.

Friday, March 22

12:29 a.m. – S. Broad and Kirk streets, Thomas Timlin, 38, charged with OVI. Officers said he failed sobriety tests and his blood-alcohol content tested .098, over the legal limit of .08.

Saturday, March 23

3:31 a.m. – E. Main Street and Talsman Drive, Samantha Homan, 29, of Boardman, charged with OVI. Police said she failed sobriety tests and her blood-alcohol content tested .147, over the legal limit of .08.
