(WKBN) – There are 138 inmates on death row in Ohio, many of which have been waiting several decades for execution.

Thirteen of these inmates were charged with local crimes across Mahoning and Trumbull counties.

Some were sentenced recently, while others have been waiting on death row for over 30 years.

The one thing these cases have in common? It is a long and grueling process, particularly for families of the victims who demand justice.
