A homegoing celebration to honor the lives of Aleysha Rosario, 9, Charles Xavier Gunn, 3, Ly’Asia Gunn, 2 and one-year-old twins, Arianna and Brianna Negron, will be held Saturday, December 22, 2018, at 10:00 a.m., at the New Bethel Baptist Church, where Pastor Sylvia J. Luciano will officiate. Together, these precious siblings entered Heaven’s Gates on Sunday, December 9, 2018.
Aleysha was born April 21, 2009, in Puerto Rico and is the daughter of America “Amy” Negron and Jericho Rosario.
She was a fourth-grade student at Wilson Elementary School.
Aleysha enjoyed singing, dancing and was an excellent student, whose infectious energy captured the hearts of many at her school.
Charles, the son of America Negron of Youngstown and Charles Gunn, Jr., of Mt. Dora, Florida, was born May 9, 2015, in Youngstown and attended Potential Development.
Ly’Asia, the daughter of America Negron and Charles Gunn, Jr., was born May 4, 2016, in Youngstown.
Arianna and Brianna, twin sisters, were born in Youngtown on October 20, 2017. They are the daughters of American Negron and Charles Gunn, Jr.
The children attended Temple Pentecostal Jesus Bread of Life Church and were actively engaged in its ministry.
They will be remembered by their loving parents; brothers, Jawuan and Malichi Gunn of Killeen Texas; grandparents, Hilda Acevedo of Youngstown, Lori Sweets of Mt. Dora, Florida and Charles Gunn, Sr., of Leesburg, Florida; great-grandparents, Hilda Parrilla of Vineland, New Jersey, Alfred and Lee Etta Woods of Mt. Dora, Florida, along with a large host of relatives, friends and classmates.
The family will receive guests on Saturday, December 22, 2018, from 8:00 – 10:00 a.m. at the New Bethel Baptist Church.
A private graveside service and interment will be held at the Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
The Negron-Gunn family is extremely grateful and overwhelmed by the outpouring of love and generous support from the residents and businesses of Youngstown, the Mahoning Valley and our own family members throughout the country.
