Ronald Evans, 75, of Andover, passed away peacefully Monday, December 10, 2018 at home. 

He was born September 21, 1943 in Cleveland, the son of William Frank, Sr. and Mary Elizabeth (Worthy) Evans, and had lived in Northeast Ohio all his life.

A graduate of Thomas Edison High School, Ron worked in maintenance at Cleveland Municipal Stadium for 29 years. He also worked for Tremco, General Electric in Erie and Rockwell International. 

He attended Vision of Hope Church in Williamsfield and enjoyed fishing, camping, working outside, home repairs and horseback riding. His lawn was as meticulous as a golf course.

Fond memories of Ron live on with his loving wife, Debora (Adams) Evans, with whom he was together for 35 years; two sons, Frank (Kelley) Evans of Covington, Louisiana and William (Annie) Adams of Sherman, New York; four grandchildren, Walker, Hayes, Bekha and T.J.; four sisters, Marilyn Kimmie of Columbus and Cecelia (Hilldred) Landrum, Gwen (James) Meeks and Linda Evans, all of Cleveland and one brother, Charles (Judy) Evans of Cleveland.

Preceding him in death are his parents; two sisters, Anita Howard and Charlotte “Patty” Evans and one brother, William Frank Evans, Jr.

Per his request, services are private. 

Cremation is taking place.
