Homegoing service in honor Ms. Rochelle Scott will be held Saturday, November 10, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at The Elizabeth Missionary Baptist Church.

Ms. Scott known to her family  and friends as “Ro Ro” passed away Thursday, November 1, 2018 at her home.

Ms. Scott was born January 8, 1966 in Youngstown, Ohio a daughter of the late Liston Scott, Sr. and the late Twelvena Dawson Scott.

Rochelle attended The Rayen High School and was currently employed at Domestic Uniform Company.

She enjoyed playing bingo, attending the casino and spending time with her family and friends.

She leaves to cherish her memory her son, Glenn Rondell Scott, Sr; a great-niece that she reared, Destiny Bryant; her Godchildren, LaStacia Scott, Victornykque Nixon and Tevin Wright; her grandson that she adored, Glenn Rondell Scott, Jr.; a special friend, Fred Saunders; her brothers, Victor “L.C.” Nixon, Lester (Shauna) Scott and Alexander (Natalie) Scott; her sisters, Marie Scott, Jeannette Scott Shelton, Alvena Scott, Crystal Jones, Angela Scott, Lisa Adkins an Felicia Briggs-Scott (Stacy Clemons) all of Youngstown; her good friends, Mary Jackson and Tonia Haynes; her favorite aunt, Mary B. Sadler and several favorite nieces and nephews, other relatives and dear friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; grandparents, Raymond and Lucille Nixon, Alexander Scott and Marie Woodbury Scott, Walter T. and Johnny M. Heard; her brothers, Liston Scott, Jr., Jessie Nixon, Willard L Scott and, Obie Adkins and her sisters, Diane Scott and Mary Scott Silva .

The family will receive friends Saturday, November 10, 2018 from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. at the church prior to the service.

A television tribute will air Friday, November 9 at the following approximate times: 6:41 a.m. WYTV and 8:41 a.m. MyYTV and 9:58 a.m. on FOX plus two additional spots throughout the day.
