Margie Lindsay, 74, a lifelong resident of East Palestine, passed away 10:09 a.m., Sunday, August 26, 2018 at the Salem Regional Medical Center following a lengthy illness.
She was born September 7, 1943 in East Palestine, daughter of the late John and Harriett Stanley Frank.
Margie worked as a laborer for Phoenix Glass in Monaca as well as Ballonoff Metal prior to retirement.
Margie is survived by a daughter, Lisa (Frank Vignoli) Starkey of East Palestine; one brother, Lonzo Frank and four sisters, Betty Jane Frum, Carol Watkins, Linda Ash and Peg Ash.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond F. Lindsay in 2009; as well as four brothers, Ed, Zack, Clyde and Daryle Frank and two sisters, Barb Smith and Aretta Chaplow.
Following Margie’s wishes, she will have a private service at Crest Haven Memorial Gardens, where she will be interred next to her husband.
