WEST MIDDLESEX, PA (MyValleyTributes) – Keith Alexander DeCiancio, Jr., 46, of West Middlesex, passed away suddenly on Thursday, April 11, 2019, in UPMC Hospital, Farrell.
Born March 27, 1973, in Sharon, he was the son of Keith Alexander DeCiancio, Sr. and Phyllis A. Caulder Morrison.
He was a former truck driver for many local freight companies, including M&R Power Equipment and Con-Way Freight. He also labored for Unilever and Dairy Farmers of America.
He was a member of the Homeland Security’s Highway Watch.
Keith enjoyed camping, hunting and outdoor activities and was an avid gun enthusiast.
He is survived by his wife, Tracy L. DeCiancio, who he married August 19, 1995; son, Blaze A. DeCiancio at home; stepson, Thomas A. Yakemovic of Sharon; his mother, Phyllis A. (Daryl) Morrison of Liberty, Ohio; his father, Keith A. (Nancy) DeCiancio, Sr., of West Middlesex; his brothers, Douglas W. DeCiancio of Cortland, Ohio and Michael A. DeCiancio of Campbell, Ohio; stepsiblings, Courtney L. Morrison and Ian C. Morrison, both of Boulder, Colorado and his paternal grandparents, Margaret (Louis) Fanaone of Knightdale, North Carolina.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Alex DeCiancio, Betty DeCiancio, Lillian Caulder and Lefon Caulder.
Visitation will be on Monday, April 15, 2019, from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m., in the John Flynn Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 2630 East State Street, Hermitage, PA 16148.
Memorial contributions may be given to the Flynn Funeral Home to help with his funeral expenses.
A television tribute will air Tuesday, April 16 at the following approximate times: 12:25 p.m. WKBN, 6:58 p.m. on MyYTV and 10:37 p.m. FOX plus two additional spots throughout the day.
