Julio Manuel Rosa, 62, passed away on Tuesday morning, April 2, 2019.
Julio was born June 19, 1956 in Yabucoa, Puerto Rico, the son of Jesus Rosa Rodriguez and Mariana Sepulveda Medina.
He was a 1974 graduate of South High School and worked for the Operator Engineers Local 66 as a crane operator.
In his spare time, Julio loved bowling, playing football, basketball, softball and fishing. He was an avid Cleveland Browns fan and loved the casinos.
Julio will be remembered lovingly by his mother, Mariana; seven siblings, Carmen (James) DeHart, Wilfredo Rosa, William (Delia) Rosa, Jesus Rosa, Jr., Doris (Larry) Wilson, Jaime (Dalice) Rosa and Miriam (Darrell) Lemieux; long-time companion of 33 years, Marsha Crespo and stepsons, Santana, Michael and Nicholas Crespo; granddaughters, Ava, Zoe and Gia Crespo; uncle, Marcelino Rodriguez; aunt, Olga Ortiz and many other loving aunts and uncles. Julio was truly loved by all 21 of his nieces and nephews and 15 great-nieces and great-nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Family will receive friends and relatives from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 7, followed by a 4:00 p.m. funeral service at the Rossi Brothers & Lellio Funeral Home, 4442 South Avenue in Boardman.
