HERMITAGE, Pennsylvania (MyValleyTributes) – George E. Kelly, 83, of Hermitage, passed away at 10:14 a.m. on Tuesday, January 12, 2021, in Quality Life Services in Mercer, after an extended illness.
George was born on June 15, 1937, in Greenville, to the late Gladys (Burns) and Charles Kelly.
He was owner and operator of Hermitage Center Barber Shop for 57 years.
George was a proud member of the Kedron Lodge 810.
He loved hunting, listening and dancing to country music and was an avid Cleveland Browns fan.
He is survived by sons, Duane Kelly of Hermitage, Don Kelly and his wife, Beth, of Conneaut Lake and Dave Kelly of Mercer; grandchildren, James Kelly and his wife, Amanda, of Pittsburgh and Dan Kelly and his wife, Andrea, of Seattle, Washington and great-grandchildren, Violet and Henry Kelly, of Pittsburgh.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
Per George’s request, there will be no services.
