HERMITAGE, Pennsylvania (MyValleyTributes) – Chastity Renay Weakley, 40, of Smock, Pennsylvania, passed away unexpectedly at 3:57 p.m. on Thursday, April 15, 2021, at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, West Virginia.

She was born on August 27, 1980, in New Castle to Cheryl R. Hatfield of Greenville and the late Larry Weakley.

She enjoyed music, writing and reading and she volunteered at Goodwill and MCAR.

Chastity is survived by sister, Charmaine Rogers of Greenville and brother, Christian Weakley and his wife, Jennifer, of Transfer.

Her father preceded her in death.

Visitation will be held 3:00 – 4:00 p.m. on Friday, April 23 at John Flynn Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 2630 E. State St., Hermitage. A memorial service will begin at 4:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel.
