LISBON, Ohio (MyValleyTributes) – Helen L. Stouffer, 92, passed away at 7:25 p.m., Tuesday, April 9, 2019, at Salem North.
Born August 7, 1926, in Canfield, the daughter of the late Ward L. and Kathryn (Stack) Greasel.
Helen once owned and operated an upholstery shop in North Lima and worked as a housekeeper; as well as, at Stouffer Farm Market for several years.
She attended Trinity Friends Church in Lisbon and enjoyed gardening, bird watching and time with her family.
Survivors include her children, Timothy (Linda) Stouffer of Lisbon, Linda Hickman of Salem, Margie Berresford of Hanoverton and Karen Cope of Lisbon; her sister-in-law, Jean Lawton and brother-in-law, Dave Lawton. There are eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Stouffer; her brothers, Ward and James Grease; sisters, Geraldine Esenwein, Beatrice Biddle, Eleanore Hannah and Virginia Greasel; as well as, several cousins.
Services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, April 15, 2019, at the Weber Funeral Home, with the Pastor Douglas DeMar and Pastor Ron Robinson, officiating.
Calling hours are one hour prior to the service, 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home on Monday, April 15.
