LISBON, Ohio (MyValleyTributes) – Randy Allen Blythe 60 of Lisbon passed away at Salem Regional Medical Center on Wednesday March 3, 2021 of heart and kidney failure.
He was born in Salem, Ohio on November 23,1961 the son of Orville and Mary Ann Blythe.
He was a graduate of Lisbon High School and received a bachelors degree in Business Administration from Ashland College.
He was a construction worker, worked as an assistant manager for Shoney’s in Youngstown and Hermitage, Pennsylvania and while in Indianapolis, Indiana he worked for Ice Pack.
Randy was an avid fisherman, fishing with his cousin Nick Bookman (with whom he resided with for a three year period, David Hartman and also his companion dog C.J.
Besides his parents Randy is survived by a brother Michael (Lisa) Blythe of Salem, a nephew Wesley Blythe, a niece Elizabeth Blythe Gilbert and close cousins Jeri Nelis-Johnson, Sonny Johns, Brenda Bookman as well as his many other family members and close neighborhood friends.
He was preceded in death by his beloved dog C.J. his paternal grandparents Orville and Edith Blythe and maternal grandparents Moritz “Mike” and Louise Hartman.
No services will be held but a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
