Doris was a woman of great strength, kindness and spirit. Her life was a testament to the power of love, family and faith. She was a devoted member of the Bethel United Church of Christ in Beloit, where she found great comfort and community.

Her grandchildren remember her as the fun-loving and adventurous grandma who was always ready for a new adventure. Her brother, Delmar, recalls her as a caring and devoted sister. To her friends and the members of the Bethel United Church of Christ, she was a pillar of strength, a ray of sunshine and a true friend.
