SALEM, Ohio (MyValleyTributes) – April Taylor, 39 of Salem, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly surrounded by her loving family on Thursday, April 27, 2023 at the Cleveland Clinic from a brain aneurysm.
She was born on November 24, 1983 in East Liverpool, Ohio, the daughter of the late Blanche McPherson and Edward Taylor.
She was a 2003 graduate of East Liverpool High School, worked as an STNA and American Standard in Salem but most recently her focus was being a devoted mother and homemaker to her two boys that were the light of her life.
She is survived by her two sons, Conner Shad Clever and Grayson Lee Clever. Also left to cherish her memory is her fiancé of 15 years, Shad Clever of Salem and his mother, Monna Stump. She will be deeply missed by her brother, Gary Wright of Wellsville and sister, Lori (Rich) Griffin of Glenmoor. She is also survived by two nephews, Michael Howard of East Liverpool and Billy Griffin of Glenmoor; an aunt, Kitty (Rod) Hart of Lisbon and her uncle, Randy Martin of Salineville.
April was a very kind and caring person and was an advocate for organ donation, her legacy will live on not only through her boys but also the gift of life she gave to a complete stranger.
A time of visitation will be held on Thursday, May 4, 2023 at Brown Funeral Home in Salem from 3:00 – 5:00 p.m.
Private family burial will take place at Grandview Cemetery in Salem.
