ALLIANCE, Ohio (MyValleyTributes) – David M Miller, Sr., age 67, passed away Friday, September 17, 2021 at Canton Aultman Hospital surrounded by his loved ones.

He was born March 10, 1954 to the late Ralph Miller and Madeline (Rickard)Hinkle.

David loved spending time with his family, especially his cherished grandchildren who called him Papa. Each and every morning David sent his children and grandchildren a text message making sure each of them knew he loved them, those text messages will be missed however cherished. He enjoyed family get togethers with Thanksgiving being his favorite since he was the known family cook and an exceptionally good one. He was an avid fisherman and had a passion for working on mechanical things. He never knew a stranger because to him everyone was friend or family. 

David was a graduate of Waterloo High School and was an excavator by trade. 

David leaves behind to cherish his memories, his wife of 47 years, Mary (Inherst) Miller, whom he married on May 3, 1974; daughters, Mandy (Anthony) Colian and Deshanna (Michael) Miller; son, David (Amanda Clarke) Miller; stepfather, Keith Hinkle; sister, Michelle Frazier; grandchildren, Cassidy and Brianna Stanley, Alexander and Andrew Kurpil, Kennedy, Anthony and Scott Colian, Indigo and Olivia Clark; nephew, Mason Frazier and niece, Madeline Frazier.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brother, Timothy Miller.

Per his request no funeral services will be held and a cremation will take place.
