WARREN, Ohio (MyValleyTributes) – Dean “Dino” L. Schaaf, a resident of Warren passed away unexpectedly on Sunday afternoon, April 21, 2019. He was 44 years old. 

He was born on April 25, 1974, in Canton, Ohio, a son of Ovid Hamrick and Joan Schaaf. 

Dino was a 1992 graduate of North Canton High School and had attended Stark State University following graduation.

Dino was currently working for Progressive Business Publications and had worked for Alorica previously. 

He was a devoted father to his sons, Austin and Logan and had enjoyed playing basketball and coaching T-Ball. He enjoyed collecting baseball cards and was a die-hard Cleveland Browns fan; as well as, a Notre Dame fan. Dino was very tech savvy and enjoyed computers and always could be found helping people in his neighborhood.      

He leaves behind to cherish his memories his two boys whom he adored, Austin Schaaf and Logan Schaaf, both of Sharon, Pennsylvania; his brother, Rodney Schaaf and his wife, Jennifer and his sister, Jessica Harbin and her husband, Wayne, all of Canton; as well as, several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Friends may pay their respects on Wednesday, May 1 from 6:00 – 7:00 p.m. at the Dillon & Santucci Funeral Home, 4471 Warren-Sharon Road in Vienna, OH 44473. A funeral service will follow beginning at 7:00 p.m.
