WARREN, Ohio (MyValleyTributes) – Robert “Bob” Lee Hart, Jr., 54, of Warren, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly Saturday, April 27, 2019, at his home in Maineville, Ohio.
He was born July 22, 1964 in Warren, Ohio; the son of the late Robert L. Hart, Sr. and Gloria Ann (Salvato) Hart.
Bob was an avid sports fan who spent most of his children’s lives taking them to games of his favorite teams; the Cleveland Indians and OSU Buckeyes. He adored family game nights and being the “fun uncle” who would spend hours with the youngest family members just to make them smile. He was a compassionate man who never thought of himself before others. A Samaritan to the less fortunate and to those who knew him best, Bob would gladly give the shirt off his back if it meant he could better the lives of those in need. He was also an animal lover who cared deeply for his grand-pups, Rowdy and Roxy.
Bob’s memory will be cherished by his loving children, Erika J. Hart of Columbus, Ohio, Preston R. Hart of Royal Oak, Michigan and Kennedy E. Hart of Maineville, Ohio; his mother, Gloria Hart of Warren, Ohio; his sisters, Lou Ann Klatt of Long Island, New York, Barbara Hart of Columbus, Ohio and Susanne (Steve) Graham of Warren, Ohio and his brother-in-law, Nick DeJacimo.
In addition to his father, Bob was preceded in death by his sister, Michelle (Hart) DeJacimo.
Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, May 3, 2019, at the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home, 533 N Park Avenue in Warren, where Pastor Nick DeJacimo will officiate.
Friends may visit from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 2, 2019, at the funeral home,
Bob will be laid to rest in All Souls Cemetery in Bazetta, Ohio.
