YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (MyValleyTributes) – Angeline L. “Angie” Revetti, 96, formerly of Youngstown’s west side, passed away peacefully Tuesday evening, April 16, 2019, at Briarfield Manor after a long and fulfilling life.

Angie was born October 14, 1922, in Youngstown, a daughter of the late Fedele and Concetta Schiavone Schiavone and was a 1942 graduate of The Rayen School.

In her younger years, Angie was employed in the offices of U.S. Steel at the McDonald Works, prior to having children. Years later, she worked at Kmart in Austintown for 13 years, retiring in the early 1980s.

She married Clement A. Revetti, Sr. on April 24, 1948 and was happily married to him for 57 years.

Angie was a near lifelong resident of Youngstown and lived a loving and active life.

She was a member of St. Brendan Church and was a longtime member of the church choir and of the church’s Altar and Rosary Society. Angie was also a member of the St. Christine Senior Citizens, was a founding member of the Fraternal Order Eagles Aerie No. 3298 in Austintown, a longtime member of the ITAM Post No. 3 in Youngstown and was a volunteer with the American Red Cross. Most recently, Angie became a member of St. Michael Church in Canfield.

Mrs. Revetti truly embraced life and enjoyed sharing it with family and friends. Most of all, she loved her family and her baking, two things that were always intertwined.

Angie will be greatly missed by her two children, Atty. Clement A. Revetti, Jr. of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and Marianne (Edward) Kay of Canfield; two grandsons, Jason (Kendra) Kay of Columbus and Bryan (Natalee) Kay of Canfield and two great-grandsons, Collin and Jonathan Kay.

Her beloved husband, Clement A. Revetti, Sr., passed away June 6, 2005. Three sisters, Mary Oleksiuk, Jayne DiRienzo and Helen Swetonic and a brother, Christy Schiavone, are also deceased.

Family and friends may call from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. on Monday, April 23 at Kinnick Funeral Home, 477 North Meridian Road, Youngstown.

Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Youngstown, where Angie will be laid to rest next to her husband.
